If you have received the wrong products, please do not open them as they will be considered sold and opened and cannot be returned. 

All promotional products are on final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These products would include makeup, nails, masks, hair, body and skincare.

Products purchased cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to change of heart. Exceptions include: 

- Damage to the product due to delivery negligence, in which the product can be exchanged. Take a picture of the product as opened in its delivery box and email it to us.

- Lost during delivery, in which it will be replaced after an investigation occurs with the delivery provider. Allow for 1-2 weeks for delivery.
