The clarifying products in the Dr. Belmeur line are for people who have oily, acne-prone, pores, and/or troubled skin. This unique formula helps combat excess production of oil and helps minimize and tighten pores. 

The toner is gentle and lightweight as it balances oily skin types while still balancing the skin's pH levels. The custom-made formula consists of beta-glucan, which helps balance the skin's moisture levels, Chaga mushroom, which soothes sensitive skin and acne-prone skin, and citrus peel to control excess sebum. 

Formulated without 9 additives: parabens, synthetic pigments, artificial fragrance, triethanolamine, mineral oil, benzophenone-3, animal-derived ingredients, propylene glycol, and talc.

[How to use]

Apply after cleansing the face with cotton pads or your hands, whichever you feel more comfortable with. Most importantly, be gentle!
